Heretic

There are no lousy little poets here...keep looking
but you're only allowed to spy one and if successful I would reckon on 25 points. :)

I was standing in a lift in a local department store and when I looked in the mirror I'm sure I think I may have possibly seen Kriss Kristofferson, but some weird woman grabbed him and dragged him to her limousine waiting in the street. "Nil points to the UK"
"Bipolar is a roller-coaster ride without a seat belt. One day you're flying with the fireworks; for the next month you're being scraped off the trolley" I said that.

Tchocolatl,

I believe Pete was merely trying to get some people talking in a
relatively dead forum. If you had a had an idea for a more intelligent
and lifting discussion, perhaps you should have posted it, rather than
denegrating the one that was started. Maybe next we will have a
spelling contest.

Byron
maybe, just maybe, it was Kris Kristofferson you saw in your faded reflection. Do not be harsh on yourself..give yourself a point :D

I just hope Big Chief allows this one to slip through.

Yours lightheartedly

The bottle of Courvoisier.... 10 points in order. I searched for it in the I Spy book and there it was...on the mountain.

Pete,

I think Kieron met some nuns from the religious order called the Sisters of Mercy, and he deserves real points 8)

Bo,

But!? What!? Ay!! I enjoyed reading Agatha Cristie A LOT. What are you thinking?

For the next game, count minus 10 for my mispelling "especially", and have fun everybody!

I saw flecks of dust all busy in the sunlight float and dance.

How many points is that worth?

I say at least 100, Evelyn. You're into the mystical now 8) .

Hi Bo ~ I do believe your misinterp of Tchocolatl's posting is due to your unfamiliarity with her dropping in and out here, and seemingly often on the run when she does. She was merely making a link to a memory.....nothing derogatory at all :D .

Oh! I’ve recalled! Last week I saw a fragment of one stupid talk show on the TV and one guy brought a pony there! Though, that pony didn’t run, he stood calmly and only… hmmm… But when I was approximately 5 years old I saw ponies which did run, as well. Maybe all of them together will give me at least 1 full point… and I’ll have 1.00023 points then :D !
I've finally found myself! But that turned out to be a completely different person.

Pete, there were no letters in my mailbox this morning, but can you score points for not spying something? We have no vine, therefore no grapes, but that probably doesn't count either. :? There are still chocolates in my box (left over from Christmas :) ), but I'm working on it! So I guess that leaves me minus 5 points and counting.........

Bo, no offense. I read it as a true heart comment. False but true. (Better then a comment true, but false, to my eyes (False false comments are in between).

Lizzy, you, Eagle-Eyes, for the "seemingly often on the run", I will help you a little bit : "procrastination and/or need a break + fascination for Leonard Cohen and the comments of people who likes him."

Pete, I saw posts that look like the dialogues between characters of the Agatha Cristie's novel, The Murder of Roger Ackroyd, playing Mah Jong, but they were playing a game with the words of Leonard Cohen.

(I think I have win, now, I do, I do.)

A bottle of Courvoisier? And the man is suppose to be recovering from a major surgery

Margaret
Thankyou for reminding me that there are other Sisters of Mercy. Kieron's points have been made real and a bonus of 10 if that was his intention. If they were waitng for him wjhen he couldn't go on then an extra 20 points in order.

Evelyn
How many points do you think? (I'm not sure where these flecks of dust are in the I spy book). award yourself a number of points and if your sincerity shines through then you will be able to have them. if you are too greedy then Big Chief will find you out. Lizzytysh suggests 100 points but how does that compare with a beggar leaning on a wooden crutch??

Helven
You may gladly have your 1.00023 points and you can double them if you see the absent mare...but if you see it then it can't be absent!!!

which leads to Linmag's 'no letters in the mailbox'
Linmag...if you expected to see letters in your mailbox this morning and there weren't any then the absence counts as a positive and you may have 10 points. Keep eating those chocolates and the 'no chocolates in the box' will give you another 10 points. :)

Happy I spying

Pete

Big Chief has taken a various position on this and is willing to award double points if any of the following are spied;

a burning violin (usually 120 points)
marble and snow...together ( 90 points)
thunder and lightening ( 5 points)
crickets singing (20 points)
cat curled asleep in his chair ( 5 points)
vesper bells ringing ( 30 points)
silver bars ( 75 points)
rags of light (500 points)
a wife in Tenessee ( 300 points)
a broken hill ( 300 points)
a prima ballerina ( 30 points)
David playing chords ( 40 points)
David playing secret chords (400 points)
