Well, Diana, as I now live in Los Angeles, I may have to to resort to wandering the streets around the area of Pico* and Olympic* trying to find a Duplex* with the sounds of beautiful synth* chords and dogs* barking. I can also try staking out Ralphs Supermarket on Wilshire (clue on another thread). And, Nate n' Al's Deli* in Beverly Hills. All in the quest for a fix to hear a live "la la la la la la..."

This is what our dear leader (no, not the crazy guy in North Korea) Jarkko lists as his concert experience with LC...
I hope that everybody notices the three dots... they mean that there's something else coming AFTER Barcelona (the last confirmed concert as of today).

Am I wrong, Jarkko? Do I win two front seats for the REAL final show? Just asking...

My teacher at school long time ago said that I am using those three dots too often in my compositions. Looks like I haven't get rid of that bad habit.

Based on precedent, you NEVER used three dots before at the end of your signature line. Therefore, in my opinion, beargains should win a prize of some kind. I was already thinking that beargain's guess of SAN JOSE in the Last Concert Quiz, is an excellent choice.

Look, Jarkko - I am a philologist (got a degree in that!), so I don't believe for a second that three dots in a signature line are just there because of a bad habit (you probably don't have those, anyway, master of the files!

) or an oversight... I had actually wondered about their meaning, too! So - yes, I'll be patient

and wait and see, but just because I am sure that there is going to be something worth waiting for...

Did you mean the Royal Albert Hall in London? I have checked at the RAH website, there are a few dates free in November, then the 8th 10th and 11th in December. Actually, on the 9th Dec there is a Chistmas concert featuring Rufus and Martha Wainwright, Kate McGarrigle and special guests!

Somehow I think he will be resting over December as he did last year.

How far away is your "future"?
"Future" like in "tomorrow" or rather like "somewhere next decade"?

I'm getting curious too... (Actually, I was already curious the first day you posted this, but it's getting a bit too much now...)

Yes, Jarkko - when, when, when ...??

I snatch a few moments in between travels to have a quick look at the forum and "feel the buzz" and what do I find? A whole new section "for future use".

This just isn't fair!! You may not be able to see me but I am sitting here stamping my feet. I may soon have to lie down on the floor and have a REAL tantrum.

WHEN will we know? WILL we need to take action at a certain point in time if we want to participate? WHEN might that be?

I am about to go on holiday for a couple of weeks. My family imagine this will be a completely Leonard free break. Obviously not! Now I've got to pack a laptop and worry about checking in online on a regular basis.

Patience is a virtue? OK, I admit it. I am not a virtuous person.

I did mean the Royal Albert Hall - I didn't go as far as to actually check the availability as I'm sure Leonard would rather have some nice time off with his family rather than perform to demanding Cohen fans

But in an ideal world it would be great.

I agree Wendy, this new section is way too tantalising! I keep checking back far more frequently than I should be to see if anything's happened to it...

My problem is that I don't know when is "when", I only know that "it" is coming.
For certain reasons we can take it for granted that something must happen before July 30.
Anyway, be sure I will have all the news here as soon as the decisions have been made,
plus permission to bring out into the open granted.

Also (not connected to the above): I have nothing new about the concert in Israel.
Again, all news will be posted here when the time comes. (This is for those of you
who PM or email me daily asking for news).
