Scrabble

Post by Taigaku »

:D Happy New Year everyone!

A little spontaneous mumbo-jumbo:

Life’s a bit like
Scrabble –
Like when ‘love’
shares its last letter
with ‘energy’, and that word’s
‘n’ becomes the
beginning of
‘now’

Life is not
at all like Scrabble: tricky
letters don’t get you more points
& you know, nobody
really buys the idea
that life’s a
game

I just like the metaphor
Not this poem

---------------------------
Love to all!

I generally have more fun with French letters.

Love and Happy New Year to you, too, Taigaku. I saved reading yours until last because I knew it would be pleasant, in some form or fashion. As it is, I am now leaving work with a smile. Thanks.

Lizzy, which one made you smile?
"Bipolar is a roller-coaster ride without a seat belt. One day you're flying with the fireworks; for the next month you're being scraped off the trolley" I said that.

Hi Tigaku!

Great poem! And what a great game too. It's one of my favorite even though I hardly ever win when I play.
