Does LC allow non-commercial audience recordings?

Hey now,

Gonna (finally) see leonard after 25 years of waiting on Monday at Merriweather Post. I wanted to record the concert as a personal keepsake. I've seen tons of audience recordings available on the ole internet....even as recently as the 4-13-09 show from California (I think). Does anyone know if Leonard and his management have an official position? Do I have a chance at bringing in my bag of gear?
