ANYBODY KNOWS ABOUT THE PRICES FOR SPAIN?
Hi, mi name is Ignacio and I have checked the information that DR. MUSIC (concert promoter in Spain) provides about the Spanish dates. They don´t say a thing about the prices. All they say is that they´re going to turn every venue into a Theater (with seats) but they don´t mention the prices. I´ve heaard somewhere that could be about 170€. Can anybody confirm this info?
Thank you all for your respect and knowledge.

170 euros?Wow!We are in crisis.
The tickets are very expensive.

Re: ANYBODY KNOWS ABOUT THE PRICES FOR SPAIN?
We haven't got the prices from the Spanish promoters, but I expect them to have various price groups depending on the location of the seats. Maybe 170 e refers to the seats in first row(s). We will see.

Re: ANYBODY KNOWS ABOUT THE PRICES FOR SPAIN?
i think 170 euros is the price on some of those "tout" websites that sell tickets before sale is announced
some of those sites also announce the gigs as general admission which we know won't the case for any of them
they will surely be expensive but i doubt even the front row tickets will cost that much
we'll see on monday

The top price tickets in the US and Canada are even more expensive at c. $270 a pop with Ticketmaster charges.

Will prices go out before the pre-sale?
Re: ANYBODY KNOWS ABOUT THE PRICES FOR SPAIN?
The recession has bitten deeper in Spain than in any other European country.
Unemployment is touching 20% of the adult working population.
If the prices quoted are correct I believe that the concerts will not sell out.
If a concert had been arranged for Edinburgh in this the year of the homecoming then it would have sold out several times over.
As it is we can look in here to see others enjoying the concerts.Great.

Re: ANYBODY KNOWS ABOUT THE PRICES FOR SPAIN?
The top price tickets for Barcelona were €80 + fees, total €90.20. The real stinger for those of us outside Spain was the €40 shipping cost but we did at least get our tickets bright and early the next morning courtesy of UPS. Obviously local people would not have to pay that. Last time I looked (yesterday) virtually all of the lower level was sold for the Barcelona show so there is no evidence that people will not pay just under €100 to see Leonard.

those things seem to be pretty meaningless when it comes to entertainment heretommylen wrote:The recession has bitten deeper in Spain than in any other European country.

there were never as many concerts as in the last few years, the prices were never higher and yet most shows are sold out weeks in advance
but yes, luckily tickets, while not cheap, were not as expensive as some were saying

I got it! I got it!!! I GOT IT!!!! Yihaaaaaa!!!!!
First row ticket for the Bilbao concert
I paid 85 euros (including taxes). Not cheap, but I would have paid even more to see the man live.
Leonard Cohen in Bilbao, it's much more thrilling that I would have ever expected.
Eagerly waiting for september. And happyyyyy.

Congratulations, tickets to Dublin in the front were €130 when you add in service charge so €85 is a veritable bargain!

Re: ANYBODY KNOWS ABOUT THE PRICES FOR SPAIN?
Hello,
in Prague is tickets to the first series even more - 5,500 CZK = approx 190 Euro! I 13th series and I pay approximately 140 Euro (3 990 CZK). (just incidentally, the average wage in the Czech Republic is about 23 000 CZK, in the district where I live 18 000 CZK per month, and just as we here living in the region where I live about 5 000 CZK).
