I have confirmed the purchase, but on having introduced the information of the card, there was going out a message that it was saying that my entity had refused the purchase.

Does my entry continue being reserved?

I got my seats and everything, but when I click accept, and try to access payment page, a new window opens and then crashes grrrrrr

And I still can't find a Madrid seating plan

I think you just make up a new password. That's what I did anyway and I got through to the next stage. But it crashed after I submitted all the info. So still no tickets!

Keep trying, it took me more than two hours but just got seats in row 3 (1 & 2).

yes!!! i got first row seats 1 & 3!!!!!!!!

keep trying people!! it's possible and there are LOTS of available tickets in the first rows for Madrid

i could NOT choose seats though, i could only choose the section i wanted to sit in from the interactive map but no specific seats so i hope they're good

Mary i clicked on the "graphic zone selection" thing on the page where it lists the different prices

i chose the block right in front of the stage to the left, it said there were 9 contiguous tickets and the next page said i got row 1 seats 1 & 3

i followed instructions hoping i'd eventually be able to pick seats or at least see which ones i got but couldn't see the option so i just stuck with the selection

website seems to be working better now, good luck!!!
