Anyone want to meet up prior to the Oakland show 4/13?

USA and Canada (April 1 - June 4, 2009). Special concert for fans in NYC (February 19). Concert reports, set lists, photos, media coverage, multimedia links, recollections...

Anyone want to meet up prior to the Oakland show 4/13?

Thanks to the generosity of our forum member Mirka, I am going to the Monday night show in Oakland. I'm going alone and I don't know anyone else who is going that night. I don't have a suggestion for a place near the Paramount in Oakland that would be good for a meetup since I live in SF and don't visit the East Bay often, but if anyone wants to meet up at around six pm, I wouldn't mind getting to know a couple fans. I don't drink alcohol and I'm not flush with money, but I do not object to meeting in a bar or having an inexpensive meal in a restaurant beforehand.

Looks like I will be going to the concert (and coming home) alone.

Well, I don't feel bad, 'cause I know that tonight will be fine, will be fine, will be fine for a while...
