... okay... I'm a bit hazy on this.. but I remember reading that.... I think it was Tibetan monks... (it could be yogis, but I'll stick with monks)... well, after advancing to a certain level of spiritual development, so that it would be at the end of their very last life time (ascribing here to the ideas associated with reincarnation), anyway, when they go to die... well, they sort of.. evaporate, actually, as best as I can recall... Interesting though (and why this came to mind) is that the only thing that remains of these now evaporated monks... is their hair, and their finger and toe nails... there they lie... little piles of nails and clumps of hair... Now, as it happens, this actually ties in with something else odd and strange I once read having to do with something akin to inter-dimensional travel... Well, it seems that, if one were to succeed in such travel while in human form (as opposed to being born into such an "altered state").. well, that upon arriving at that next location, as it were (something rather like the 4th dimension, but not quite)... anyway, after arriving there, one's hair disappears, and one becomes more androgynous seeming... (not sure about the finger nail part)... Now this hairless, androgynous being is supposed to be at a higher spiritual level of existence.. and (as the story goes) this is supposed to be a state we will all be passing through at some point... well, at least those of us in possession of souls... (but that's another story)...

.. anyway, somehow this esoteric material is supposed to make you feel better, John... (!)... (not sure why, now that I think about it)...
