Grace

[Gullivor]

We lived our life amongst all the lost
All our garments soiled with a sense of shame
Our eyes...they were blinded form the sunlight
With a feeling of living in the grave

We cried out through our life "some one come save us".
The angels showed up but We choose to remain the same.
Tossing, turning and trashing through our lifetime..
The pain was so great it covered our sense of shame.

The days went by..We couldn't show up for the struggle
We could not seem to leave the confines of my grave
Sitting in the darkness we remain suspended
All our tears couldn't remove the soil from our face.

Nowhere else to go we cried Jesus...
We begged ..."Please remove us from this place!"
Death is where we begged him to take us..
Instead he touched us with his saving grace.

Grace so amazing it surpasses all knowledge
Grace.. the wisdom to save
Our savior came when we asked him
he picked us up and blessed us with his grace.

If your heart is cold and feel like something is missing
If your soul is yearning for something more
All you have to do is ask him
Turn over your will and life
live forever more.
