Perhaps a proper introduction is in order...

Like all of you, I'm a fan of the man. I'm always hesitant to be a part of these communities because I find I struggle a bit in the contribution department. I'm trying to be more aware of that.

I wear a few hats, but mostly I'm a singer/songwriter. I also write poetry, which is what finally brought me here. I'd like to occasionally share them with you, and I hope that you'll be kind.

Hi Cate,

I appreciate the warm welcome and I'm glad you dig my li'l avatar ('tis a splendid word indeed, isn't it?). It's not my artwork, but a dear friend of mine's. It's also the cover of an album I recorded and I'm quite fond of the image.

I won't inundate the community with countless poems, but I would like to let them slowly trickle in. As I said before, I hope you'll be kind.
