I'd like some semblance of a guarantee that I could pick up 2 tickets for the Leonard Cohen show in Edmonton this April. Little bit concerned with the number of presales. How do these codes work exactly? More specifically what's going on with the "Friends and Family" situation and the AEG/Venue/Radio Presale? I don't go to Best Buy - so I don't have those codes.
It seems as though it is possible to get some codes online. How does one do this? I've been rebuffed at every opportunity!

All that information is on this forum and very widely disseminated elsewhere. I had friends calling me up and telling me the secret code, who have never expressed any particular interest in Leonard Cohen but had this information from God knows where. Luckily for me I was all over this and got a ticket to see Leonard in Calgary using the code advertised here --That was on Feb. 25--I think the next sale is March 2nd --don't think there are any other presales advertised here anyway although there might be through other organizations.

Yeah, I've done a little bit of internet digging, and found some codes. None of them work however.
