London DVD and Blu-ray - questions...

As probably many or most of the fans here, I can't wait for the release. Anyway, can anybody answer the following questions:
1.) Does the DVD have uncompressed PCM audio? As the DVD comes from Sony, I hope so as Sony music DVDs I own do have PCM sound.
2.) When will the Blu-ray be released? Will it also have uncompressed sound?
3.) Does the DVD have 4:3 image instead of 16:9? The Suzanne preview does suggest this.
4.) Will the Blu-ray be 16:9 or will it have bars on the left and right (= 4:3)?
