This thread is for our members who:
- want to find tickets to the New York concert
- have extra tickets and want to sell them

According to emails I have received after the pre-sale, some members first bought tickets without the VIP reception, and after noticing that they returned, and bought more tickets with the VIP option. This is the thread where those lucky ones may sell their extra tickets to other members.

This thread is, for the time being, for The Beacon concert only. This thread is not for any scalpers/touts. Any commercial messages will be removed. All who sell tickets have to do it with the original price (plus costs)

Note: if you are interested in any offer/request here, it will be best to send a PM or email to the person in question.

Please go back to your message if you have found/sold your ticket, and delete its contents (you cannot delete the whole message; it will be done by the moderators). This way the members will know which messages in this thread are still valid!

Messages with other contens will be deleted to keep this thread as clear as possible!

eh lucky you out there with hundreds of tickets you don't need

....you must be too busy celebrating ?....but as mentioned above I am interested in cat 1 tickets ....will however be disconnect now and try to sleep

Like every one I tried during the presale and on the regular sale and got no where with getting tickets. I can't understand it . My wife and I worked 2 computers at the same time and a phone line and the second it came up we tried over and over with cycling each try with in 15 seconds of the last try. I wish some one, someday can explain how that can happen....

Anyway we decided to but our tickets at at premium on ebay. Good Luck to all in your adventure of finding tickets and hope to see you at the show.

I tried desperately for 2 ½ hours to buy tickets through the pre-sale, but Ticketmaster’s system did not let me through. I am looking for 2 tickets at the venue and would also be interested in the VIP reception. Please let me know if any one has any seats available.

I'm looking for 2 of the $95 or less seats for my wife and I. Her birthday's on the 22nd and this was going to be her surprise. I almost had 2 $65 seats at 2:02 EST but I thought I might be able to get something better, so I let them go. BIG MISTAKE! I know we are all needy but my wife and I even have wedding rings with Matisse dancers, unified hearts, a dove on one, and olive branch on the other. We're devoted Cohen geeks! Your extra tickets could go to a wonderful home! [Insert sad puppy face here.]

I would be interested in 2 tickets for Beacon, I have seen every concert Leonard Cohen had in New York, but Beacon is just too small.

As a life time fan I would be truly happy to purchase 1 ticket.... so sad that the scalpers get the tickets and turnaround and sell them for 1000's ....

Tom Waits way is much better...

No great dramas, I was home with a cold, slept through much of the morning and remembered at 3:45 p.m. EST and it was too late. If anyone has one ticket to sell, Orchestra preferred, VIP unimaginable (who would give one up?), please contact me. Until then, I'll keep trying on Friday, who knows? Hope to see you on the 19th!
