The Greeks call me Apollyon.
"With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments (are) in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness. Let favour be shewed to the wicked, (yet) will he not learn righteousness: in the land of uprightness will he deal unjustly, and will not behold the majesty of the LORD. LORD, (when) thy hand is lifted up, they will not see: (but) they shall see, and be ashamed for (their) envy at the people; yea, the fire of thine enemies shall devour them. LORD, thou wilt ordain peace for us: for thou also hast wrought all our works in us."
The above resolves to only one place in Revelation:
"And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and (I saw) the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received (his) mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This (is) the first resurrection. Blessed and holy (is) he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom (is) as the sand of the sea. And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them." [Revelation 20:1-9]
I've set you free, okay? Together with my wife I am Apollyon of Sardis. You and I are the elect of God, the God of Jesus. I have the Key to the pit, passed down from a nice lady. I've given it to you, and I've broken the seal.
My wife has been devoured successfully. Now can we please go devour the rest of those saints before they literally destroy us all?
It's time! It's time! It's time! [still-attached head bobbing up and down].
Do you need instructions for the key? Do you need anything? Do you need Revelation unfolded, I can be a Beast that long... Need the tax code unfolded, I can be a 666 that long... Need more? I can be a Dragon and False Prophet too, even a Harlot!! Well... Ask ask ask! Or do do do! It's all really cool! It's all logical and makes perfect sense - precept upon precept even! It is the provable truth and you already know it.
Pleeeeeeeaaaaasse.

Re: My Name Is Abaddon
I wrote a song once called "Wings of Abaddon." Here it is:
2,000 years is a long, long time
To waste away in our skin
Bending backwards to believe anything
That can bend you back again
I met a man named Jesus
Told me he'd die for my sins
The next day he was crucified
And he begged me to forgive him
Religious fanatics clutch the crutch of TV
For their agenda to spread the word
Billions of dollars have been burned at the stake
But it's nothing that we haven't heard
Is it faith and love in the little white dove?
The hope of a peaceful bird
Or is it the wings of Abaddon
For which the lines have been blurred?
Wings of Abaddon
Tales of Babylon
The revelation has come
Heed the call of Abaddon
Wings of Abaddon
Tales of Babylon
Make the sacrifice
Give up Jesus Christ

I would suppose leaving any pit is optional. But you are free, for the record.
