Re: Prose-poem: Man on the Rec Way.
I'm trying to write something now, and noticing that a lot of editing is happening on the fly.

My job is flooding!
And since the shepherd here claims to edit his poems for years and decades, it would be heresy to consider any other ideas. I'm guilty of heresy everywhere.
But... Didn't we read what he wrote? "Caveat Emptor". "I want to do something big..."... etc. Sheep in wolves' clothing we weren't warned about. Darn!

I'm supposing that since you haven't come in fresh for a long time, maybe you don't see the poetry from the point of view of someone new who is untrained by "input from others" here. Internet forums are all like this I've found - at least the ones I've visited. It's a part of that special type of "evolution" humanity is actually part of.lizzytysh wrote:It's more pure if the original artist does their own editing, of course; yet, input from others doesn't corrupt the process or validity of the work.
