Manchester 18/06/2008 *VINE* (CD Recording)

I have 2 versions of the Manchester 18th. show from 2 different sources.

Both have cuts at the end of Boogie Street cutting out at least the last 30 seconds or so of the track.

Does this copy that is being vined here also have the cut.

BTW my favourite audience recording so far is the Copehagen 5 July. Great recording and respectful audience make for a good listen.

I'm in Ireland & on Vine 5 - I'm just about to get the CD from Mani (halfway down Vine 1) who is also in Ireland. As the Vines seem to be moving slowly, it seems easier to keep it moving within a country, so is there anybody else in ireland on a Vine that hasn't received it yet I could send to?

Yes I was in touch with the person above me just after Vine 3 was created and he/she told me they had not yet received the CD but would copy and forward it as soon as they did. I also contacted the person below me on the vine to tell them that I would copy and forward when I received it, but since then I have heard nothing at all from Born with the Gift of a...who is on the vine above me.

Does anyone know the whereabouts of the CDs on Vine 1? mike5oh, myself (Lorelei), Jerseygirl, janisgoodman have all made a Vine contact above and below...mike50h with Manislav. But none of us have had the CDs.

Help..have they disappeared in the mist or down the back of a post office sorting machine

Slownight and A.Sukitu, I've tried to tidy up and update Vine 1. I think you were using an old version, I took mine from the 1st post of this thread, which was last updated by Dynamiksdreamdebased on 5th July. I then checked it against all the other versions and other vines. I took Chubi out as they are in vine 3.

Vine 1 CDs are with me, send from Inge (thanks!). I'm going to have to work out how to make a CD copy and pass to Waxys, before continuing the vine to Mike. Normally I just rip CDs into various formats

If anyone can recommend CD copy software I'd appreciate it. Otherwise I'll have a look on the interweb. (I use XP, BTW)

I think it is time for an update on where these vines are up to.

As Dynamicsdreamdebased is not around (many thanks to him for starting the project!) would it be an idea for a new thread, so the person who currently has the original cd''s on each of the Vines can say that they have it and will be forwarding it very soon to the next person

Then it will be easier to see which is now the shortest for any new person to add their name to.
