The golden lady shined
and sent out the warm orange vibes of love
not unlike an oscar
and it was more like the schindler
that saved so many from their ovened fate
and like the cap of gold of the pymarids shone into space
and served as a beacon for the whole human race
a machine that could disect the notion of time and space
a philladelphia experiment in the desert sands
that glowed golden and emulated to all a tan
of aquarian stature and seemed like cortez to the unknown land
but greed and envy took the plinth
and disappeared to the pillars of support
the ark and the taberanacle and the holy cloth and the home port
only those that could enter would it ever teleport

Vibes of Love

I am a right bad ass, dankish prince and I love my Violet to bits.
Hi Georges ~
This one has a magical feeling. No words that feel particularly out of context/out of place, either. Could you please do me a favour and correct the spelling of Schindler's name, however
? Thanks.
There are some other misspelled words that cause me to want to suggest that you get a good dictionary or do spellcheck. The misspellings interrupt and detract from the flow and meaning. Why do that when you have other options
? Not everyone's a "speller," of course, but since you're presenting your poem as a "piece," you might as well have it a "finished" piece [as much as a poem is ever finished
]. Just a suggestion.....

George already knows how much I enjoy his crackling lines and colours. He writes with a paint brush and his spelling is an essential part of George for me. I fully understand the view about 'correct' spelling and under other circumstances I too would wish for the polished picture. However, in George's case, I take great delight from reading the rawness of his words as they splash onto our screens.
I'm not taking any side here and I'm not underpinning or overarching other readers' views. I just enjoy the way George lets it all flow through his fingers and onto the forum.
For my own part, I have found that the least little spelling or grammatical error, can sometimes bring the ABC Police down on me. I hardly ever hit the 'submit' button, without first delving into my 'Concise Oxford Dictionary Ninth Edition 1995' for fear of letting myself down. I still keep checking where the apostrophe goes in spoken quotes, because it is like a moveable feast depending on who and where the spoken quotation appears in a sentence.
I am happy to accept the cross-Atlantic differences in spelling and usage, but as some of you know, cross-Atlantic opinions and viewpoints tend to cause a touch of the 'needle' in some respects.
I have replaced Hamish with the logo of AI. It is a simple picture which means a lot to me and thousands of others. Supporters, and supported.

Thanks again Greta and Byron for your support.
To be looking at a dictionary when i am inspired would stop the flow. The energy does not respect spellings or grammar and i am putting into words my reaction to the energy.
Working on line is brilliant as it allows very little time to ponder the finer detail, it is raw, pure and what you see is what you get. I make no apologies for the details.
Love to you all..................Georges

Well, I guess I'm outnumbered here
~ I surely don't mean it to be needlelike. I tried to figure a way to express it to prevent any such sensitivities. However......hoped-for results don't always come through.
Georges ~ I, of course, wasn't suggesting that you stop your flow, but rather seek the dictionary after the words were already in place on the screen, and just prior to clicking on Submit. I don't think the essence would lose anything with correctly-spelled words. However, others seem to like it, even prefer it, as is. I was just giving you my take on it
. I won't stop reading them, for sure
. Thanks for the correction on the name spelling
.
