the goals were too high
ever to reach them.
the sky was nothing.
we sang an even stranger song.
we tried and failed and changed the road:
don't touch on problems anymore
don't ask too many questions.
this is the brink of insignificance.
we're sliding down
our speed increasing.
what is there to stop us now?
