After I wrote my last post, I realised that Daka might not have intended that double-meaning. Leonard might not have, either. Either way, I still got my bit of excitement from it.

It rang your bell and it was nice seeing you vibrate.

Anthem is one of my favourite Leonard Cohen songs. It is his most uplifting and life affirming songs, suggesting, IMO that the ascent of mankind to a higher ideal is fuelled by enlightenment. Dark ages ultimately yield to the light of knowledge, truth and hope, and the relentless ascent continues. Those who would try to enslave others and obstruct the ascent will ultimately fail because they can never completely obliterate the light we are destined to follow. Humanity's imperfections ensure this. Our weakness is also our strength. Life is a "do over". Maybe someday we'll get it right.

Jack is dead & I am missing him. There is a female knave, she is the coyote. Maybe that's just me...

The Miriam Webster dictionary has this definition for a female knave....
knavess
noun
knav·ess ˈnāvə̇s
plural-es
: a female knave

I am missing Jack's virtual presence. Is there a thread to celebrate his life here his cyber presence? If not perhaps we could start one?
If you don't become the ocean you will be seasick every day....Jikan (aka Leonard Cohen)

It's comin' from the feel that this ain't exactly real, or it's real, but it ain't exactly there! . Jikan
