I was just thinking how the poem itself wasn't very focused on a flow of the words, etc. And I believe that rythmic flow of words should be a main focus of poetry. I've gotten nearly all the way through it, and am impressed by Cohen's whimsical mastery of the language. Although his attitude and experiments can become a drag (not to say that his experiments are unsuccesful), it's a thoroughly engaging book.
