I have a present for Leonard. How can I send it to him?

Hello,
I'm new on this site, but an old fan (which means, for about 65 % of my middle-aged lifetime).

Anyway, I have a gift for Leonard Cohen. Something I made myself while listening to his music. I planned to have it given to him after the concert in Lörrach in 2008, as I new someone who worked backstage, but, of course, this was a stupid idea, as the person would have risked to lose her job if she did so. So I took it home with me again, but it keeps reminding me of him, like saying that it belongs to him an finally should be given to him. I started to search the web for an address where I could send it to, but didn't find anything appropriate.

Could you guys help me out?

After all this time (>5 years) I kept the gift here, I don't mind about a few months more or less. I just hope he appreciates it ... by the way, do you now if Leonard still smokes?

Well, actually, it's better that way - for his lung & health & heart ...
and i stopped smoking, too, in the meantime ...well, reduced smoing to one cigarette a month or so ... but still ... This thing i made out of coloured, fused glass - it's an ashtray. What shall I do? Wait until his 80st birthday? wrap the gift in a warning message?
