nope. it's just the random selection of a household here that has all its tv's monitored so they can compile national ratings. every view we take represents 5,000 in the published figures. I think the guy was a little shocked when he asked how many TV's in the house (each set must send its own signal) and I told him 9!! How embarrassing.

btw I could turn this into a poem if you really insist!

I also forget to mention the Rule that any poem must have at least 2 puns (wasted on Americans who probably don't know either type of "box").

box ~ container for packing
box ~ slang for TV
box ~ playing the numbers [gambling] and lottery reference
box ~ slang for woman's vagina and adjoining interior space


~ an American

box - when a couple guys get into one together and pound each other bloody as an athletic event.

box ~ a reference used to describe a particular feeling, as in "boxed in"

we have something that could be called a TV, except that it's not connected to a cable wire, a satellite, or even an antenna.

Box - not a word that could be used to describe Mickey's home unless he has all 9 TVs stacked together in one room!
