it's a simply wonderful line, and a very acceptable creed.

my favourite uncle used to say "some say 'good old Mick', and others tell the truth". This is very adaptable and I tell my girls the same about them.

£200 to paint a bathroom?!!! How many caterpillars does a painter need to pluck these days to make a decent brush?!!!
I'll do it for half the price, as long as I get to keep the caterpillars.

You only get to keep the caterpillars if you promise to make daily photographs as they pupate, metamorph and ecclude (sp? right word?) for the purpose of making a time-lapse movie of the process.

I'm afraid that might cost more. Sounds a bit like work to me!
