No. I'm going to stay in all night making a powerpoint of polytene chromosomes and my RT-qPCR results. I got a very important result today, as well as an insightful interpretation, and I need to show everyone tomorrow.

aw, that's sweet. I too have a little love bomb upstairs - a 4-yr-old. As she grows, I keep thinking to myself, Yeah, this is it, this is the best age for her. And I keep wondering how love manages to just get bigger and better and fuller - my love keeps up with her growth.
