when the Guvn'r SAYS write poetry, that's what the Guvn'r means.
This is a quote from the Guvn'r- "WRITE POETRY"
the Guvn'r is normally an equable geezer, but don't cross her, it could turn nasty, messy and dirty.

Gosh, have I been elected Guvn'r now? Well, I'd like to thank all my constituents, the grime under my fingernails, the little blue fuzzy thing over there and of course, my pencil cup, and Nick Fuda who showed me how to do Chromosome Immuno-precipitations. And to all those men in red dresses, your cookies sure were tasty. My first edict (do I get to make edicts? Well, duh, I am guvn'r!) ...my first edict is that all future entrants who wish to submit poultry for the comp must write while wearing a hat made from balloons. If you don't, I WILL KNOW!!!!!!!!!
ps. mickey, mickey, mickey, I know you're trying to help, love, but we don't need to punish. My second edict, no one will ever be punished again.
