Either he is Johnny Walker, the famous BBC DJ who once interviewed Leonard

or he is a whisky drinker

or just someone called Johnny Walker

I am still waiting to know if Alfred E was Alfred E Newman. Did this Johnny Walker have a black label (Mabel).

I am gonna hazard a guess he has pilfered the name from "the Johnny Walker wisdom running high"
