To all we shall smite

To all we might smite..............
that don't make it right
to all that we destroy..................
with our latest toy
to all that we begat
and the righteous and all that
to all that we do to abandon, fling
Oh Death where is thy sting?
to ignore the cosmic store
and walk past the green door
and sweat sometimes from every pore
and awaken startled from the hum of the snore
to settle with the quiet and not the rappore
we must push to be great
like our mothers birth pangs
and the prayer wheels rattle and bang
and the creation was just a damp squid
that settled from adams rib
and created the grid
to climb back up to the nest of the stars
evolution and the life in bars
the visionary's do sometimes see
further than you and me
to all that we shall smite
in the forrests of the minds night
illuminated with the gift of second sight
pepyote and lysergic barrier breakers crests
smoke like to the beauty attest

To all we shall smite

George, I was once told that a good teacher is someone who explains something to you that you hadn't realised you already knew. It just hadn't ocurred to you yet. I can see where your visionary is a teacher on a higher plane, where we are all trying to reach in our different ways. Sometimes we get there by dint of hard work and other times we find ourselves writing pieces of prose which just seem to pop into our minds. Perhaps we all have a subconcious which wishes to be heard and it is lurking in the recesses of each of our minds? Where do our ideas come from? From 'Something' much greater than in our understanding of our simple lives. You seem to be able to write a stream of conciousness which hits notes, chords and resonates even more with each reading. To anyone reading my notes here, this is a heartfelt response to George's piece. Thanks George. Best regards, Byron.

Thank you for your kind comments, Byron. I write when i'm inspired and can tap into the great record in the sky, at least you have gained something from it.
Best regards...................Georges

I admire so much the words "...hum of the snore" even if I can't understand them.
