Don't know anything of Jerry Moss, that I'm aware of....but Herb Alpert and Miles Davis sure confirms that it's not just Rock 'n' Roll !!!

Jerry Moss founded A&M Records with Herb Alpert. Alpert is already in the Rock Hall as a musician, now he is being inducted a second time in the non-performers category.

Ah, okay. Thanks. What about Miles? [I noticed your separation of the lists, but didn't know what that meant ~ i.e. perhaps those you knew not to be rock 'n' roll was my best guess].

I just like to seperate the solo artists from the bands. Miles Davis is being inducted in the performers category.

Best guess isn't always right, either ~ particularly not knowing who Jerry Moss is ~ thanks for the link, Yankovic. Will they be discussing their oversight of Leonard there ?

Well, the conscientious reporter could have always slid it into the article ~ the "Most Obvious & Glaring Oversights" blurb at the end . Perhaps, they fear all their computers crashing, if they had a message board .
