Dance me...

During the season premier of Nip/Tuck last night, they played what I thought was a gutwrenchingly shitty version of "Dance me to the end of love". I don't know whose cover it was and truly don't care. Personally I wish on the rare occasion that a LC song is used that his own version of the song would be used. Novel idea, that!

If it was a woman, and if it sounded like Billia Holiday on acoustic piano, 1920s style, that was much-beloved Madeleine Peyroux. I am really interested who was that? Can you describe?

Hi Tom,

I checked for you and you are correct, it was Madeleine Peyroux from the CD "Careless Love". I never doubted that there would be many who would prefer this cover to LC's original.

Regards,
Bo

It is so huge hit that I still can't believe...
Btw, it seems that this version they used is new, acoustic single version.

Good news for USA fans ---

It appears show will be rerun both Friday and Sunday nights on WB at 10 pm

If taping, be sure to add extra -- think it was about 75 minute show, so
suggest making it an hour and a half.

Realize the show will not appeal to all -- but LC song and Rhona Mitra make it worthwhile :-)
