Did Cohen meet Plath/Hughes in London?

Hi~ I am reading "Various Positions" right now and see from the timeline that Leonard was in London around the time of Plath/Hughes. I am a longtime fan of Plath's and am just curious if he has ever spoke of meeting or knowing either Plath or Hughes. Thanks, Laurie
