RIP Michael Nesmith

Died today, age 78, natural causes. Was touring with Mickey Dolenz until last month.
The Wool-hat guy in The Monkees.
Great songwriter (Different Drum-- Linda Ronstadt hit)
Some of Shelly's Blues (Nitty Gritty Dirt Band)
Movie producer (Repo Man)
He purportedly invented the concept of MTV.
I was a big fan when I was a wee "teenybopper" (remember that word? ha!)
