Grrr... eBayer at it again!

Just to be clear - the eBay trader operating as 'diamonds_in_the_mine' is not affiliated in any way with my little web site http://www.diamondsinthemine.co.uk.

In fact, it's yet another identity of eBay Cohen regular Trevor Solley from Swale, Hampshire (last time I heard from him) and, I suspect, occasional frequenter of this bulletin board in one or two of his many aliases.

Somewhat hilariously, he's all upset on his latest listing (Song of - now up to £62!) because someone's been reselling his DVDs which he ripped off from people on this forum in the first place! Check it out if you need a laugh.

If I only had time I'd put a few up myself just to wind him up further...

Why shouldn't he be rattled?

Scooby, you seem to respond to these threads in a similar way each time they crop up, even with your multiple personalities - a bit defensive aren't you?

you wouldn't possibly be the alleged rouge ebay swindler diamonds_in_the_mine AKA shout_to_the_devil AKA custard_pie69, also with multiple personalities, who's also a bit defensive guarding his list of bidders now?

I guess there isn’t a foolproof way of proving it, unless eBay want to divulge the seller's IP address, and the admins here do the same - even then it would be tenuous. Maybe both users could provide full disclosure - hardly likely. Therefore, I’ll just be pessimistic and believe its you. Unless of course you can verifiably prove otherwise? ;)

If I am proved wrong somehow, I'll be the first to eat my hat, and send apologies whereever necessary.

Say what you want, I've got broad shoulders.

Just find it ironic when people in glass houses throw stones.

It's good to see that in an age of Democracy that you can be still burn a witch at the stake without trial. You should be so proud of yourselves.

New items are offered by one of eBay "workers" - this time it's Vienna 1985 and Warsaw 1985 shows. The seller is "ammac34" from UK.

Sadly, both soundboards emerged in 2004 and were available for download from collectors' torrente tree site...

Tom,

As my day job is in The Police, I have avenues into the official channels for this type of thing. In the past I've found it a good source to obtain items not available elsewhere, but enough is enough. I'm going to have a word and see what can be done. Watch eBay and see what happens...

In my business it's not what you know, but who you know.

Spoke to them last night and they pulled down three DVD pirates of which one had 1,200 auctions going. Now for the CD-R's...
