Maybe we can discuss about the places that should be visited by our Great Master? Of course that's just an idea...

Anyway - I am really happy to hear such a good news. I must tell you that also my daughter is very excited - she is a big fac of LC, but she was far too young to see him on the stage (she's 20).

THIS is most inspiring feedbcak! Tell me more!!! 8)

- Seriously, the tour is still far away. Let's keep cool heads until we know for sure -- and before that we will get many great things (the book, Blue Alert...)
If and when the time comes, I'm sure we will be the first to hear all the details, including cities & venues. Maybe we can arrange some group orders to a number of concerts, and have a little meetup before or after the concert!

Well, we can't wait that somebody makes a list of cities & venues - we must work and vote from our side!
The tour is planned after the album? It will be the shortest time between the two records - do we know how much is L. into the new album? This way he surely will feel much presssure. And everybody knows that's not good.

Hey Tchocolalt,

I'd still see him perfectly in Montreal as the highlight of the Montreal JF. Of course Montreal has to be on the tour anywhich way.

My worry, as someone else pointed out, is about the size of venue he will go for.

I saw Dylan at the Bell Center, the last time he was in Montreal, and that was a rather decieving experience. The prop guy (guitare attendant) sidestage was almost more of a show than Dylan himself. And the sound was poor. The place was only half full.

LC would have to go for a more intimate kind of place. The Jazz Festival uses the larger hall of Place des Arts for its bigger names. That would be a good compromise.

Always a dreamer...

Is this the right place for me to put "I would like Leonard to play the Orpheum in Vancouver?"

Linda.

Of course, it is, Linda. This is the place where we're compiling Leonard's schedule for his groundbreaking, Worldwide Ten-Year Tour. :P
