Use of Leonard Cohen's lyrics (fragments) in personal website

Hello All,
I just discovered the forum and hope that someone can help me...
I'm working on a personal website (non-commercial) which hopes to use fragments of the lyrics (not including music) of 3-4 of my favorite Leonard Cohen songs. Will that be possible under the "fair use" clause, or must I obtain permission from the copyright holders of the albums (Recent Songs & Popular Problems)? Does anyone have some advice or suggestions?
