2019 meet up in Hydra

Hello from Charlotte,North Carolina / USA. My name is Azar, I would like to join LC fans in Hydra in 2019 . would you please give me the EXACT DATE for this gathering & an overall description of the projected itinerary . I need to book my flight ahead of time ( using my airline millage ) . Last November I met some lovely British fans in Montreal & found out about Hydra event. I have been a Fan of legend Leonard Cohen since mid 70's while living in France.Thanks for reply .
