This pulls me in.
Sorrowful, compassionate eyes G. Does speed painting connect to a stream of consciousness type of thing? Were those eyes thought out before or did you see them first on the canvas?

hello my dear. you are such a darling to show interest. i am at a restaurant with a friend, so can't stay long. the painting is from a small monochrome found on the internet. i just needed an image to practice speedpainting. i took it a little further, added colour, a bird and a word. it is 95cm square, i videoed it, that's how i know it took a shameful 18 minutes. have to go, loud music here, love you loads. gx
