Is there some song you want to learn? There is no particular fingerpicking style that you use for all LC songs.
You need to be more specific as to what you are looking for.

I think this book is what michaelf is looking for.
I can't help you obtain a copy other than suggest you search the online bookshops. It's out of print and used copies are very expensive! (see Amazon).
