No, it will be your choice, it will be your decision - it is your struggle, not hers. If you choose not to go out, that is you choosing, not her.

Adam, this woman may be the love of your life but you may no longer be hers. In this last while you've taken huge steps - you've traveled, you seem to be becoming stronger, moving through anxiety and your agoraphobia. People may have supported you, but really you're the one who did that and only you can choose to keep moving or to stop.

Continuing to call or pursue someone who has made herself clear about not wanting that, does not seem like love to me, it seems like the type of thing that would cause fear and concern to her family and to her.
