Possible to get a private concert?

Hi guys,
I am desperate to see Leonard but have never had the chance in the past! Does anyone know whether it would be possible to get in contact with his agent/him for a private concert and who to contact if so?
Any help would be appreciated, this needs to happen!

Hi demisedd - I'm not remotely "official" but I'm afraid I know what the message will be when someone from the leadership team responds to this - "impossible."
A lot of us will sympathise with you. Leonard has reached people of all ages and at all stages of life, and inevitably timing matters. I myself discovered him just before he retired in the 1990s and only got the chance to see him live many years later when the much-publicised fraud by one of his trusted advisers caused him to take up touring again.
We don't know if he'll tour again; it isn't impossible but it's not on the horizon at the moment. Everyone wants a slice - private concert, personal discussion, lock of hair, etc. The sheer number of such requests makes it just not feasible to provide that kind of access to fans and admirers - however desperate.

I'm afraid Jeremy already answered your question: there is no way to make it happen.
I hate to be a kill-joy but you woke up too late. There are no tour plans, and Leonard never gave private concerts. The next best thing is to buy either the London DVD or Dublin BluRay, or both!

I would say the third best thing is to comb YouTube for numerous private clips from his tours, maybe the quality isn't always the best but they convey the vibe quite well.

depends on how much money you're prepared to offer.
even leonard could be susceptible to an impossibly generous offer - say $10million dollars from an oil-rich oligarch with an unusually good taste in music.

sorry you are too late he will be 82 in september I would love to see him live again but with his age I doubt he will tour again although I hope, he is meant to be working on another new album though!

I am new to the forum and new to LC. Do you mean no more new tours ever? It would make my life complete to see him just once. Karl

I think we all know how you feel , but most of us are by now either resigned to , or accepting of , no more concerts
Might add- much as we were in 2007 .
