Gandhi was sad at the end of his life. Ever wonder why?

I thank G-d for his effort.

Wait! I think it may have been the very easy way that his family removed him from the youngests kids in the family. This simple action led to the phrase "it was like taking Gandhi from a baby".

Is it because he had almost no hair and even in the cold weather his mother refused to allow him any head covering so he kept crying and screaming "give me Ma hat Ma".

I posit the theory that he objected to the casting of Ben Kingsley in the film of his life. He thought it should have been Arnie Schwarzenegger.

This one will obviously go over the heads of the atheists here . The religious answer is that Jain came by with a lock of his hair and he couldn't afford many.

HIs last words were "oh God" and his assassin's name was Godse. He was sad because he obviously recognised the murderer and was trying to say "oh Godse what you have done" but couldn't finish his sentence due to death

I looked into 'the future'. I saw dynamism, colour, equality and wonderful difference. I saw smiles bigger than any comprehension. I saw safety and adventure and Miracle.

I looked into 'today'. I saw a bad B-grade black and white movie. All the bit players clinging hopelessly to their shreds of gold, their plastic notes. Everybody paralysed and crippled by the global elite.

So I looked back into 'the future'.

@7thJune1967: I'd give a manned space trip out of this solar system to know what she's thinking right now!
