Registration to the 10th Leonard Cohen Event (August 12-14, 2016) is now open.
The program for next year’s event is beginning to take shape and we recommend you to register early. Our venue in the centre of Amsterdam and has a strict limit of 200 participants. Our event is not commercial, so the participation fees are required to cover all the expenses associated with organizing an international event including the venues, bands, the hiring of technical and musical equipment, the souvenirs and so on.

Registration Process

1) Send email to:  lcamsterdam@icantforget.nl
Include your name, mobile phone number, T-shirt size, male/female. and country of residence. Indicate if you are paying by bank transfer or PayPal. 
Example :
Name : Leonardo di Cohen
Mobile : +31 612345678
T-shirt size :S/M/L/XL Male/Female
country :The Netherlands
paying method : Bank / Pay Pal
And if you are a forum member your name on the Forum
A recent photo of yourself should be nice also.

Let us know if you for some reason don't want to show your name on the online Event pages.

2) Pay the registration fee. 

The Registration fee is €175. (The Early Bird registration has closed now).

After a few days you will receive a confirmation email when your e-mail and payment has been received.

How to pay the Registration Fee?
Payments can be made by direct bank transfer (preferred with the European Monetary Union) or PayPal. 
Other payments cannot be accepted.  Credit card holders may pay through PayPal even if they don't have an account there (also remember to pay the fee!)

Cancellation policy :
o if canceled before Jan 15, 75 % of the fee will be refunded
o if canceled before March 15 2016, 50 % of the fee will be refunded
o after March 15 2016 there will be no refunds
o the registrant has the right to transfer the registration to another person (and be able to get the whole fee refunded from him/her)

The program is still under construction but the days will be full of music both by professional artists and by our own participants at the traditional Open Mic, poetry, video footage, and there will be room also for touristic program. And meeting beautiful people new and old friends is important.

It is a fan happening; Leonard will be with us in spirit but he is not going to join us in Amsterdam (and he will not go on tour in 2016).

A thank you to Willy and Wybe in advance for all their hard work (labor of love) involved with the Amsterdam Event, and congratulations to your very talented son for an amazing logo! Don't want to rush next August but will be looking forward to seeing so many friends again and finally seeing the city of Amsterdam! I've connected through Schipol probably 50 times but never made it into the city. Will be sending my email off today.

The first full day after we opened the registration we have 31 participants on the list.
