Artists you may like (Joe Peters, Michael Kelsey)...

Here are a couple of artists I think Leonard fans might enjoy. My daughter Kyra and I collaborated (let me clarify, they did all the work, I provided the idea and transportation for my daughter...) with them to produce covers of “Who By Fire” and “Chelsea Hotel No. 2”, along with a version of “Other Writers” set to music (but not commercially available): viewtopic.php?f=8&t=35931
Joe Peters writes a variety of music and has released numerous albums and performed hundreds of live concerts. I suppose his “genre”, if I had to choose one would be “world-traveler, folk, rock, singer-songwriter, acoustic, trippy, hippy, protest, and very very fun”. Joe Peters has performed under a number of names including: Joe Peters / Joe Peters & Friends / The JoeDai Warriors & The JoeDai Zombies. He is also a past / future? member of The Social Weevils (an Irish band with a “fluid” lineup in… Hanoi… Really…)
I hope a few of you enjoy his work:

If I were to suggest a few songs to give you a “quick overview” of his work, try giving these 3 a listen:

Joe collaborates with the probably-more-widely-known Michael Kelsey. Michael is probably best described as a “guitar prodigy”, and winner of Guitarmageddon in (IIRC) 2004. Michael’s homepage will tell you more about his work than I possibly could. He is truly amazing to behold live.

Give “A Bus in Motion” a listen. It’s one of my personal favorites, (and is especially fun live).
