Arthur,

I rarely listen to LC's cover songs, but based on the forum members who listened to this and their comments, I watched your video.

What a wonderful surprise. Your cover of this song and the visual is fantastic. Beautifully done with a great, tender voice and accompanied by the lovely voice of your female vocalist.

Thank you for this. Looking forward to hearing more from you.

Best regards,
Mary

Thank you, Mary, for your comment and very kind words. They mean that much more, your words and those of the members who posted previously, coming as they are from serious fans and admirers of the man. Thank you!

As far as LC cover songs go, this one may be a one-off, as I don't cover his songs too often. This one, "The Window", however, was something of a constant, a musical mainstay, in places I'd been living and working in recent seasons and years. So this cover song project became a kind of way of making record of those times and places, as well as a tribute to LC on his 80th birthday year.

Thank you again, Mary, and I'll be sure to relay your comments to the friend who provided the female vocals part. All the best!
