A very touching song, Steven. Sometimes it is useful to be reminded of how fortunate some of us are, even if we are a bit long in the tooth. Life is a gift we often take for granted.

Hi,
Kris Kristofferson has an acting role in the film adaptation of Willy Vlautin's novel,
The Motel Life. He plays the part perfectly. Found the movie to be very powerful.
I'm a fan of Willy Vlautin's novels and songwriting. Willy Vlautin's current band, the Delines, has released its debut album,
Colfax. Really like the tracks on it that I've heard. This will take you to a Wall Street Journal article:
