The tribute band Homeward Dove will perform again with a new repertoire of old and new, famous and less famous songs , from the Darkness to the Story of Isaac

on Sunday 29th June 2014 at 15.00 in the SLOTKAPEL in Egmond aan den Hoef, Slotweg 19, ( www.slotkapel-egmond.nl )

a beautiful medieval church , opposite of the venue of last year.
One of the ancestors of our King Willem Alexander is buried in this church.

Egmond, with an extraordinary dune reservate and fine beach, is a good place to spend the weekend.

The band consists of musicians in the ages between 20 and 60;

Lydia Mentink, vocals and guitar
Sylvia van Rookhuijzen, vocals and guitar
Pien Ubachs, vocals
Marijn Snip, keyboard and vocals
Tessa Pit, vocals
Dick Niekus, violin, mandoline and concertina

and a guest player on trumpet!

As we have to pay rent for the church the admission will be 10 euro. Hope to see you .

Alexandra stood at the Window with the Guests in the Darkness; she thought Everybody knows the Story of Isaac,but
can't you sing me a simple Lullaby .... if it be your will...so that finally the night comes on?

Now you've got a little idea of some songs we are going to play.... but there are more ....
and a guest trumpet player ....
in this lovely church the Slotkapel.

So try to come 29th June at 15!

For those who would like to come but also are interested in the WK football/ soccer; Holland against Mexico;
of course we did not know about this when we planned the concert ...

The concert ends at five, football begins at 6, there is a big cafe nearby the Slotkapel, where you can watch the match on a big screen
( cafe het rode hert, egmond aan den hoef) or you can watch in egmond-binnen, cafe Tervoort.
