Meet up in Dublin

Although the Brazenhead is out of the question for the O2, is anyone meeting up before Dublin concerts? If so, any suggestion on where? I am going on Thursday.

I would also like to know if a meet up is planned before or after the Wednesday Sept 11th concert. Will arrive in Dublin early on Wednesday and returning to Wexford on Thursday.

I think that the idea is that someone (anyone) suggests a meeting point.... there's nothing organised unless someone chooses to do it... it won't be me though, I avoid these things like the plague....

Yes would love a meet up in Dublin but am still looking for GOOD tickets for Wednesday.One suggestion for venue is the Beresford hotel right next to busarus,near Connolly rail station for northern friends,and 10 minute walk or 2 minute luas to point.It seems fine,has seats and sells alcohol,BUT im not pushing it,owen

The Beresford's great, we stayed in it a while back and couldn't believe how close it was to the bus station.

One possible location for a meet up could be the Boat / Bar / Restaurant, the MV Cill Airne which is moored on the river liffey within sight of the O2 arena.
It has a public bar on the upper deck and some quayside seating too.

Hello - I am attending both Wednesday and Thursday concerts in Dublin and am staying at the Gibson Hotel near to the O2. I'd definitely come for a drink!

According to an email from Ticketmaster Leonard is due on stage at 7.30pm.

Yes - leonard is due on at 7.30pm

For some reason Irish people have 8.0pm as a start time for ALL shows in Ireland - so don't be surprised to see lots of people arrive for an 8.00pm start despite the email saying 7.30pm ......
