So next I went looking for cover versions of the songs on Old Ideas. I am impressed to find that all but one of them (Anyhow) has been covered... a good indicator of these fairly recent songs being welcomed immediately as classics. I had to go to the same cover artist three times to get 9 of the 10 Old Ideas songs represented, but at least Daniel Granado does a good job. His voice has a tonality somewhat like Leonard's, and I didn't even realize until I checked his other videos that English isn't even his native language... it would appear that he's a Spanish voice actor. Maybe we should ask him to have a go at "Anyhow" just to complete the set?
