For me this will be the very first time
I feel the sweetness of the Master of Rhyme

In person and giving his heart on a plate
To me who has lived the love and the hate

Of life in its naked beauty and splendor
I wait to receive and to feel the pleasure

Of leonard performing so cool, it's a given
The night will be lit with his love and his wisdom

So sweet and wonderful, how you express yourself about Leonard, Margaret.
I like that a lot.
Thanks for sharing it.
I can't wait to hear your reactions. It's unlike any concert experience you've ever had or will have.

Oh, since you've placed this here, as well as at the bottom of your other thread, I can tell you this and you can [hopefully] fix it in time to avoid an "edited" line. I just don't happen to like [at all] getting them, so try to help others avoid getting them, if I can. So, anyway, in both places, you have your two choices showing for where you couldn't decide which one was the correct one to use... I had trouble with it, too

Wow, I sure wish LC would read some of this stuff! I'm sure he would be honored by your words. And it's always so good to be reminded what brought us all here to this site, and maybe to our poetry, some of us.

Lovely. THX!

Thank you so very much for your quick eye.
I write an emotion and often don't look back
Thank you for caring
