I would love to bring a Dutch translation I made (in the seventies) of ‘One of us cannot be wrong’ to your attention.

No need to tell you I’m an absolute fan of Leonard Cohen.
He is the only artist of whom I have litterally all records, books, etc. He is my man!

Leuk dat je zo enthousiast reageert. Ik heb geprobeerd in mijn vertaling Leonard Cohens tekst trouw te blijven. Had graag ook zijn timbre gehad... In het slot heb ik mij muzikaal wat vrijheid gepermitteerd. In de originele neusfluit klinkt liefdesverdriet door dat ik de sax heb laten verklanken.

I often listen to songs which are in Dutch and love hearing this. It almost sounds like Ramses Shaffy to me.
Hope that is ok to say and maybe I am way off. My husband is Dutch and that is why I am privy to listening to some Dutch music.
Your version is lovely.
