The Leonard-Cohen-Project: Songs Of Love And Hate Live
In autumn 2012, the Guitarduo "Gutmann and Schmolz" (http://www.gutmann-und-schmolz.de) meets the guitarist Manuel Dempfle. The three musicians discovered, that they all like Leonard Cohen's music.
Therefore, they decided to put together a full evening program called "Songs of Love and Hate Live" with 15 old Cohen-Songs from 1967-1974 and some others. The Leonard-Cohen-Project was born.
After a very very good Pre-Premiere in Ludwigsburg the Leonard-Cohen-Project has Premiere at German's biggest Roots- and Folkfestival TFF Rudolstadt (4.-7-7-2013) in the street-music-area, with songs like Bird on the Wire, Suzanne, Chelsey Hotel No.2, So Long Marianne, Hallelujah, Winter Lady and many more. Anyone who can't visit in 2013 one of the three Cohen-Concerts in Germany, should not miss The-Leonard-Cohen-Project Premiere in Rudolstadt.
